The growth of the food, tourism and hospitality industries demands qualified staff to cater to the clientele's needs. Aside from the core subjects required, students who enroll on this strand have specialized subjects that meet the standard hour requirement and the competency-based assessment of TESDA to increase the graduate's employability.
