The Technical Vocational Education and Training programs of r Angelicum College is within the scope of the Higher Education Department. It is intended that the skills education and training of a regular government-mandated TVET program will be enhanced with entrepreneurship, values and foreign language education when taken at r. r's TVET program is aimed to provide the theory and concept grounding, and the experiential learning that will prepare the students for an entrepreneurial start-up or a skills-based employment in the future.
