Senior High School -
The Senior High School (SHS) Department of ¯r¶¹Íø opens the ¯r¶¹Íø for the Junior High School completers. There are Four (4) Categories of SHS applicants that may be accommodated as well as the requirements to submit and procedures to follow in each category. The school does not accept transferees/applicants in the SHS 2 (Grade 12) level. Only returning students who have not enrolled elsewhere after exiting ¯r¶¹Íø are accepted in the SHS 2.

YS 11 Homegrown Learners
The Senior High School Department of ¯r¶¹Íø accommodates the admission application of all enrolled YS 11 learners, both in the Regular Program and the Home Study Program, who have completed mastery of all subjects in the Junior High School (NO BACKLOGS).
Requirements
- Recent 2X2 ID picture in white background. You may use your cellular phone and edit the picture to comply with the requirement.

The Senior High School Department of ¯r¶¹Íø accommodates admission application of all NON-¯r¶¹ÍøAR TAKERS who have completed their Junior High School in other schools.

Returning Learners
¯r¶¹Íø welcomes once again students who wish to continue their academic journey in our institution. A returnee student is one who stopped enrolling in ¯r¶¹Íø and has not enrolled elsewhere. A returnee must have a valid leave of absence when he/she discontinues his/her studies and is not disqualified to continue his/her studies in the Senior High School. Students applying for re-admission must submit the following requirements for the SHS Principal’s evaluation:

- Final Performance evaluation for all semesters and summer subjects previously taken

- Finance Department
- Registrar’s Office
- Guidance Counseling and Testing Office
- College Library
- Student Affairs Office
- In case of leave of absence due to illness, a certification from the attending physician confirming the student’s fitness to study is required.
- Learners with disciplinary records, academic deficiencies, unauthorized leave of absence and/or students who have been out of school for at least four (4) semesters may not be readmitted. The Principal reserves the right to approve/disapprove request for re-admission in these cases.
