The Senior High School Department of ¯r¶¹Íø accommodates the admission application of all enrolled YS 11 learners, both in the Regular Program and the Home Study Program, who have completed mastery of all subjects in the Junior High School (NO BACKLOGS).

• Recent 2X2 ID picture in white background. You may use your cellular phone and edit the picture to comply with the requirement.
• Existing Student Number

1. Application

   • Choose your preferred online interview schedule.
   • Upload the necessary requirements (please refer to list of requirements in each application category).

     Note: Incomplete requirements will not be processed.

2. Interview and Reservation
   • Acknowledge an email/call notification for the schedule of the online interview. A member of the Team Principal/Program Head conducts the online interview.
   • A successful interview result allows an applicant to proceed with his/her RESERVATION by paying the non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00).
3. Enrollment

   Acknowledge an email on enrollment schedule, requirement and procedure.

Payment Procedure

1. Pay the Five hundred Pesos (Php 600.00) admission fee. Kindly make a deposit or fund transfer to any of the following bank accounts:

2. ¯r¶¹Íø Test, Interview and Reservation
   • Acknowledge an email notification for the following schedules:
     • Schedule of the online admission test - usually set a day before the chosen interview schedule. A separate email will be sent by the Guidance Department on the assigned exam schedule.
     • Schedule of the online interview. – chosen by the applicant upon submission of the online application.
   • A member of the Team Principal/Program Head conducts the online interview.
   • A successful interview result allows an applicant to proceed with his/her RESERVATION by paying the non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00).

¯r¶¹Íø welcomes once again students who wish to continue their academic journey in our institution. A returnee student is one who stopped enrolling in ¯r¶¹Íø and has not enrolled elsewhere. A returnee must have a valid leave of absence when he/she discontinues his/her studies and is not disqualified to continue his/her studies in the Senior High School. Students applying for re-admission must submit the following requirements for the SHS Principal’s evaluation:

Requirements

• Accomplished Application Form for Returnees (click here for the form)
• Final Performance evaluation for all semesters and summer subjects previously taken
• Clearance from the following offices:
  • Finance Department
  • Registrar’s Office
  • Guidance Counseling and Testing Office
  • College Library
  • Student Affairs Office
• In case of leave of absence due to illness, a certification from the attending physician confirming the student’s fitness to study is required.
• Learners with disciplinary records, academic deficiencies, unauthorized leave of absence and/or students who have been out of school for at least four (4) semesters may not be readmitted. The Principal reserves the right to approve/disapprove request for re-admission in these cases.
